Absolutely not. The majority of our guests have never danced before, and we consider that a feature, not a bug. Heather has a gift for teaching complete beginners, and the whole experience is designed so that no one feels lost or embarrassed.

Comfortable clothes you can move in. Jeans are always a great call. If you own boots, wear them. Leather or low heels glide nicely. Sneakers are totally fine. Don't overthink it. Arrive as you are.

Yes! We love this. Reach out ahead of time and we'll do our best to incorporate your favorites, especially for private sessions and group events. Country classics are always a safe bet, but we've made some very unexpected playlists work on the dance floor.

Mother Nature is invited but doesn't run the show. We always have a contingency plan for outdoor sessions and will communicate any changes with plenty of notice.
